Terms and Conditions

At the end of 3 months, we will evaluate the program you are to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs. Each retainer includes a set amount of work agreed up on by both parties.

Overage for additional projects outside of the agreed upon scope will be billed at a discounted hourly rate.

You are guaranteed the number of hours in your package each month. Additional hours can sometimes be added upon request. There is no rollover of unused hours.
This is dependant on the nature of tasks. Once you submit your requests, all work should be completed within 48 – 72 hours (exclusive of weekends) unless stated otherwise.
Invoices are due by the 1st of each month. We will update you when monthly hours have been exhausted and request approval to continue work. Any additional hours will be charged at £35/hr.

Our retainer packages do NOT include the following:

  • Full Branding Identities
  • Printing Costs
  • Website Redesigns
  • Full store or website builds
  • Migrating a website
